Sinopharm Holdings and its controlling shareholder Sinopharm Group agreed to sell 51% of Guorui Pharmaceutical's shares to Sinopharm Hyundai, with a transaction amount of approximately 406.4 billion yuan. After the transaction is completed, Sinopharm Holdings will no longer directly hold shares in Guorui Pharmaceutical.
