On August 19, 2026, the company held the 3rd meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors Audit Committee in 2026 and the 20th meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors to review and pass the “Proposal on Using Idle Own Funds for Cash Management”, agreeing that the company (including subsidiaries) will use idle own funds with an amount not exceeding RMB 1.5 billion (including capital) for cash management without affecting normal operations and ensuring the liquidity and safety of capital. This amount can be used within 12 months from the date of review and approval by the shareholders' meeting. Within the above amount and its validity period, the funds can be used on a rolling basis.
