Founded in 2015, the Group is a biotechnology company focusing entirely on biotherapy for autoimmune and allergic diseases, covering the four major fields of skin, breathing, digestion and rheumatism. Based on the integrated layout of R&D, production and commercial cooperation, the Group has already entered the marketing or phase III clinical trial stage of five monoclonal antibody products, and the domestic market will gradually enter the harvest period. At the same time, the Group has reached overseas licensing cooperation for three dual-antibody products, and clinical development progress is at the forefront of the world, further consolidating the Group's leading position in the field of self-immunity.
As of the last practical date, the Group already has a commercial product, the first usinudan biosimilar drug in China. In the first half of 2026, the Group's commercial partners received more than RMB 300 million in domestic sales (including VAT), which has already exceeded the amount for the full year of 2025. The development of the two core products is progressing smoothly. Phase III clinical trials of ototibimab (IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody) in China for prurigo nodosum (PN) and atopic dermatitis (AD) have reached the main end of the year. New drug marketing applications (NDAs) for these two indications are expected to be submitted one after another. The marketing application for rusecitamab (IL-17A monoclonal antibody) for ankylosing spondylitis (AS) was accepted in March 2026. QX004N (IL-23p19 monoclonal antibody) and QX008N (TSLP monoclonal antibody) are in phase III clinical trials for psoriasis (Ps) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) respectively in China, and partners are speeding up development. With the continued implementation of the aforementioned monoclonal antibody products on the commercial side and R&D side, the “Quanxin 1.0” layout has basically taken shape.
Furthermore, based on deep accumulation in the field of self-protection, the Group has efficiently developed a series of long-term dual antibody pipelines to further explore major potential opportunities in fields such as respiratory diseases while maintaining dermatological advantages. The Group's successive collaborations with Caldera Therapeutics, Roche and Windward Bio have demonstrated the Group's ability to execute in advancing global strategies. With the efficient progress of clinical trials of QX030N (IL-23p19/TL1a double antibody), QX031N (TSLP/IL-33 double antibody), and QX027N (TSLP/IL-13 double antibody), the “Quanxin 2.0” iteration is setting sail at full speed.
