Kenyan police confirmed on the 19th that a helicopter crashed on Mount Olorokwe in Samburu County in northern Kenya, killing all 7 people on board, including 6 tourists and 1 pilot. Police reported that at the time of the incident, the helicopter was flying from Soian in Laikipia County in central Kenya to the Loisaba Reserve. The cause of the accident is currently unknown. The Kenyan Aviation Authority has launched an investigation into this.
