Kaisa Health (00876) estimates that shareholders should account for no more than HK$65 million in losses in the interim

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kaisa Health (00876) announced that it is anticipated that the Group will record (i) a loss due to the company owner of not more than HK$65 million in the six months ending June 30, 2026, and a re-listed loss of approximately HK$7.7 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025; and (ii) the net loss for the period was not more than HK$65 million, while the net profit for the six months ended June 30, 2025 was re-listed at around HK$2.7 million.
