China Dental Industry (08406) completed the issuance of a total of 328 million subscription shares to raise about HK$18.29 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Dental Industry (08406) issued an announcement. All conditions contained in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription was completed on August 19, 2026. A total of 328 million subscribed shares have been successfully allocated and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.056 per share.

The net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$18.29 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for the following purposes: (i) approximately 60% of the net proceeds (equivalent to approximately HK$10.97 million) to enhance financial resources to meet the day-to-day operation and business development of the Group's main existing businesses, including marketing, purchasing inventory and equipment, expanding sales channels and customer networks, and recruiting employees; and (ii) approximately 40% of the net proceeds (equivalent to approximately HK$7.32 million) for the Group's general working capital, including employees' salaries, rent, legal and professional expenses, and daily expenses.
