Cathay Pacific (00293) passenger capacity increased 9% year-on-year in July

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Cathay Pacific (00293) announced that Cathay Pacific's passenger capacity in July 2026 increased by 9% compared to the same month in 2025, and the number of available seat kilometers increased by 5% year-on-year. In the first seven months of 2026, passenger capacity increased 16% compared to the same period in 2025.

Cathay Pacific Cargo's cargo volume in July 2026 increased by 6% compared to the same month in 2025, and the number of usable cargo tonnes and kilometers is similar to that of the same period last year. In the first seven months of 2026, cargo volume increased by 8% compared to the same period last year.

Hong Kong Express carried about 760,000 passengers in July 2026, an increase of 10% over the same month of 2025, and the number of available seat kilometers increased by 8% year-on-year. In the first seven months of 2026, passenger capacity increased by 10% compared to the same period last year.
