Samsung expects that advanced manufacturing processes will contribute more than half of the revenue from the foundry business this year, while AI and high-performance computing applications will account for more than 30%, up from 15% to 20% at the end of 2025. As TSMC's production capacity is tightening, Samsung has gained stronger price negotiation capabilities.
