Recently, the Second Branch of the Shanghai Municipal People's Procuratorate examined and forcibly prostituted some of the female victims such as Wang Moujun, Zhang Moufei, a member of a cross-border human trafficking group based in the Miawaddy region of Myanmar for the purpose of selling people, using foreign workers as bait to lure victims from China, and forcibly escorted them to Myanmar's Miawaddy region, robbed, assaulted, and unlawfully detained many of the victims.
