Nanjing Hi-Tech announced that the actual controller of the company, the Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission, will increase capital to its holding subsidiary Nanjing State-owned Assets Administration Group by holding 100% of the shares of Urban Construction Group, Transportation Group, Southeast Group and 66.67% of Venture Capital Group. After the capital increase was completed, the Nanjing State-owned Assets Administration Commission's share of the Nanjing State-owned Assets Administration Group rose from 90.81% to 98.28%. The controlling shareholder of the company was still Xingang Development, and the number and ratio of shares remained unchanged. The actual controller was still the Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission. Its indirect shareholding ratio increased to 34.14%, and there was no change in control. This change is an internal adjustment of state-owned assets. It does not involve secondary market transactions, and will not adversely affect the company's production and operation.
