Hong Kong homeopathic company Living Homeopathy International (LHI.US) withdraws $19 million IPO plan to go to the US

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Hong Kong healthcare service provider Living Homeopathy International (LHI.US), an excellent homeopathic company, withdrew its initial public offering (IPO) plan on Tuesday (August 18). The company initially submitted a listing application in May 2025 and revised its terms of issue in March 2026. It plans to issue 3.8 million shares at a price of 4 to 6 US dollars per share, raising approximately US$19 million.

Living Homeopathy International provides healthcare products, including homeopathic products (9% of revenue in FY2024), homeopathic adjuvant products (80%), and flower therapy products (4%), which are mainly purchased from manufacturers and resold under the LIVING brand; in addition, the company also develops and collaborates with manufacturers to produce personal care products (2%; such as mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo) and water filtration products (4%).

According to Frost & Sullivan's data, based on sales revenue of homeopathic products in Hong Kong in 2023, Excellent Homeopathy ranked first among all homeopathic service providers in Hong Kong, with a market share of about 41.3%.

The company was founded in 1994 and originally planned to be listed on the NASDAQ under the stock code “LHI”. Revere Securities was originally the sole bookkeeper for this offering.
