Sunrise Communications' H1 Attributable Net Loss Widens; Revenue Down

01:36 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sunrise Communications (SUNN.SW) said Wednesday its attributable net loss for the first half widened, while revenue edged down year over year. Net loss attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 63.6 million francs, compared with a net loss of 56.7 million francs earlier. Loss per class A share moved to 0.9 franc from 0.8 franc, while loss per class B share remained unchanged at 0.1 franc. The Swiss telecommunications services company's revenue was 1.44 billion francs, compared with 1.45 billion francs earlier. Meanwhile, the company expects to pay a dividend of 3.49 francs per class A share and 0.35 franc per class B share for 2026, payable in 2027. It paid 3.42 francs per class A share and 0.34 franc per class B share in 2025. The company affirmed its guidance of "broadly stable" revenue in 2026.
