Diageo's Employee Headcount Declines in FY26 Amid Restructuring

The company's employees totaled 27,938, down from 29,860, according to its annual report published on Tuesday. Diageo is undertaking staff reductions amid a restructuring program, with a majority of staff reductions at its global markets expected to be completed by Sept. 1, Reuters reported the same day. Diageo did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
