On August 18, China Southern Power Grid held talks and signed the “Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation to Implement the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan” and Accelerate the Construction of New Power Grids. The two sides stated that they should implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to speed up the construction of new energy systems, new power systems, and new power grids, anchor the “15th Five-Year Plan” development goals, work together to guarantee electricity supply, jointly promote the construction of a new power system and major power projects, jointly promote the construction of a unified electricity market throughout the country, and jointly promote innovation in energy and power technology.
