Hon Hai announced on the Taiwan Stock Exchange that its subsidiary Foxconn Singapore Pte Ltd has acquired shares in Fukang Technology with a transaction amount of US$358.4 million for long-term investment. FuKang Technology is Hon Hai's subsidiary in Vietnam. According to another announcement, Cloud Network Technology Singapore, a subsidiary of Hon Hai, purchased shares in FII AMC MEXICO S.DE R.L. DE C.V., with a transaction amount of about 27 million US dollars.
