Dafang Guang Ruide (00755) is pleased to have a profit attributable to shareholders in the interim period of approximately HK$12 million, turning a year-on-year loss into a profit

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dafangguang Ruide (00755) issued an announcement. It is expected that the Group will record a profit attributable to company owners of about HK$12 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, while the loss attributable to company owners for the six months ending June 30, 2025 is approximately HK$16 million.

The main reasons for turning a loss into a profit during the reporting period were (i) a decrease of approximately HK$8 million in administrative expenses during the reporting period compared to the previous reporting period; and (ii) an increase of approximately HK$18 million in other revenue during the reporting period compared to the previous reporting period.
