Haichang Ocean Park (02255) appoints Chen Wan as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Zhitong Finance App News, Haichang Ocean Park (02255) announced that since August 18, 2026, Mr. He Qigen has resigned as a non-executive director of the company, and Mr. Lai Zhilin has resigned as a non-executive director of the company and no longer serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Risk Management and Corporate Governance Committee to handle his personal and/or business matters. Mr. Liu Jiangtao has resigned as the chairman of the company's board of directors and no longer serves as the chairman of the nomination committee. Mr. Ouyang Ming has resigned as the company's CEO. Mr. Liu Jiangtao and Mr. Ouyang Ming continue to serve as the company's executive directors.

Since August 18, 2026, Mr. Chen Wancheng has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Mr. Zhang Jianyao has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr. Chen Wancheng has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Liu Jiangtao has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

In addition, Mr. Yuan Weijie has been appointed as the company's vice president and is fully responsible for the operation and management of the Group's park business. Mr. Jian Weiji has been appointed as the company's vice president and is fully responsible for the operation and management of the Group's hotel business.

The board of directors further announced that (i) Mr. Ouyang Ming has resigned as the company's authorized representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the listing rules, effective August 18, 2026, and (ii) after his resignation, Mr. Chen Wancheng has been appointed to replace Mr. Ouyang Ming as one of the authorized representatives of the company.
