During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 16.229 billion yuan, an increase of 51.11%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 7.639 billion yuan, up 69.44% year on year; after deducting non-net profit of 7.764 billion yuan, up 73.63% year on year; basic income per share was 0.92 yuan; the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.9 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

As of June 30, 2026, the Group's total assets were RMB 860.451 billion, up 27.13% from December 31, 2025; equity attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB 125.742 billion, up 5.57% from December 31, 2025.

The investment banking business sector achieved total revenue of RMB 1,113 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 0.86%; the wealth management business segment achieved total revenue of RMB 4.666 billion, an increase of 26.83%; the trading and institutional customer service business segment achieved total revenue of RMB 9.072 billion, an increase of 94.12%; and the asset management business segment achieved total revenue of RMB 905 million, an increase of 41.14% year on year.
