The Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 18, iFLY Healthcare (02506) released its 2026 interim results. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 446 million yuan, an increase of 49.4%; gross profit of 236 million yuan, an increase of 53.5%; and a comprehensive gross profit margin of 52.9%, an increase of 1.4 percentage points over the previous year. Behind the high increase in overall revenue, the business structure continues to be optimized, and the driving effect of high-growth sectors is becoming more and more prominent, and the transformation of ARR operations has shown results.

AI Health Assistant achieved revenue of 182 million yuan in the first half of the year, an increase of 74.9%. The growth rate ranked first among the three major businesses, and became the core engine driving overall revenue growth. By product, video cloud revenue increased by more than 200% year on year. Mainly, the new Guangxi project achieved full access to public hospitals in the province, and resumed operations after the Anhui Video Cloud fee adjustment was completed. AI post-diagnosis patient management has been normalized in leading hospitals such as Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and the First Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese University of Science and Technology. The patient payment conversion rate remains high, and the contribution to operating revenue continues to increase. With large-scale replication of imaging clouds and post-diagnosis management, the AI health assistant segment's revenue share is expected to increase further, providing stronger impetus for the company's long-term growth.
