Zhaoyi Innovation (03986): Xie Feiwang has been appointed as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Joint Company Secretary

Ms. Dong Lingyan (Ms. Dong) has proposed the resignation of (i) the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company; and (ii) the Joint Company Secretary (Joint Company Secretary) of the Company due to her personal career plan, with effect from August 18, 2026.

Following the resignation of Ms. Yu Dong, Mr. Xie Feiwang (Mr. Xie) has been appointed as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Joint Company Secretary with effect from August 18, 2026.

Ms Wong Wai Yee (Wong Wai, Ella) (Ms Wong) has proposed the resignation of (i) the Joint Company Secretary; (ii) an authorized representative of the Company as required under section 3.05 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules; and (iii) an authorized representative to collect documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong in accordance with section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules, effective August 18, 2026. Following her resignation, Ms. Wong will continue to act as an authorized representative to collect documents and notices in legal proceedings on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

Following the resignation of Ms. Wong, Ms. Lai Janette Tin Yun (Lai) has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and authorized representative (legal proceeding agent) to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong in accordance with section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, with effect from August 18, 2026.
