Weigao International (01173) proposes to appoint Pak Chun as the new auditor

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Weigao International (01173) announced that Ernst & Young (EY), the auditor of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026, will retire at the end of the Company's recent annual general meeting of shareholders.

The Company has carried out the selection process for the appointment of an auditor. Based on the selection results approved by the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, it is proposed to appoint Pak Chun Certified Public Accountants Limited (Pak Chun) as the Company's auditor for a term of office from the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
