The indications for this marketing application are anituzumab combined with docetaxel (albumin binding) for first-line treatment of unresectable or metastatic human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (“HER2”) positive adult breast cancer. Previously, KN 026 and HB1801 were used in combination therapy for this indication, and were granted breakthrough treatment certification by the State Drug Administration.
