The Group will continue to consolidate its leading position in the Tencent channel and develop a multi-platform strategy, actively expand channels such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Kuaishou, Alipay, and HUAWEI Hongmeng to expand its market share.
In 2026, the Group established a closed loop of AI-enabled business technology from the underlying model to the business scenario, and launched the four original AI products of StarStart, StarHub, Starlight, and Startron, focusing on AI search visibility, omni-channel growth hubs, intelligent customer development, and creative automated production. At the same time, production and research costs are reduced through technology efficiency such as AI coding, and sustainable resource support is provided for rapid product iteration.
On the “AI+SaaS” side, Weimeng WAI was upgraded to Weimeng Xingyuan, completely switched to LUI language interaction, and the underlying technology was upgraded from Workflow Agent to Agent 2.0 for Skills scheduling, disassembling industry know-how into standardized skill modules to achieve “dialogue is management”. During the reporting period, existing customers were more willing to pay for AI functions, and capabilities such as lead management, AI fitting, and shopping guide agents drove significant increases in merchant conversion rates and human efficiency, covering multiple retail scenarios.
The “AI+ Marketing” business has built a “Sky Series” AI tool chain covering the entire process of strategy, delivery, material, operation, and risk control. Using the “Sky Choice” AI collaborative management back-office to open up the entire talent chain, collection efficiency and team usage rate continue to increase, and effectively deposit and manage digital assets.
Using the WeChat AI ecosystem as the core anchor, the Group is simultaneously expanding through multiple channels to build a new generation of commercial entrances from “being searched” to “active intelligent scheduling” for merchants. On the WeChat ecosystem side, the Group was the first batch of closed beta teams to connect to the WeChat AI system and jointly developed an industrialized access solution with the WeChat team, focusing on the five core business formats of apparel, FMCG, supermarkets, shopping, and local lifestyle.
The Group's overseas business has covered and consolidated markets such as Hong Kong and Taiwan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America, and the existing business is growing steadily by optimizing operational efficiency. In the first half of 2026, Haiding successfully signed contracts with new customers in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, and helped Southeast Asian retail companies Savemax and HalaKiOS build digital intelligence systems to successfully localize cross-border overseas business. During the reporting period, Haiding will fully consolidate past customized adaptation experiences for overseas projects such as Mingchuang Premium, Bubble Mart, CHINAMALL, etc. into standardized and reusable product capability modules. This not only greatly reduces the cost of customized development, but also shortens the customer's entry cycle into new markets by more than 60%, and enables rapid replication and expansion of global business.
In the first half of 2026, Weimei will continue to promote the deep integration of AI applications and ESG governance under the “AI First” strategic guidance. The Group uses AI to restructure its business chassis. For example, the “Tianquan AI Intelligent Risk Control System” developed by Weimeng Marketing was officially released. The monthly review material was about 8 million copies, reducing manual review time by more than 90%. In June 2026, Weimeng announced that it will fully participate in the formulation and publication cooperation of GEO group standards with the China General Association, and as a “GEO industry standard co-builder”, it will participate deeply in generative engine optimization service specifications, effect evaluation, and trusted content source system construction. Drive compliance with AI, and protect growth with compliance. “Responsible innovation” continues to be transformed into a dual driving force for business growth and social value.
