White Pearl Technology Buys Digital Marketing Business GVO Media Group

04:51 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- White Pearl Technology Group (WPTG-B.ST) said Tuesday it will purchase digital marketing company GVO Media Group under a recently executed deal worth 12 million kronor. The deal covers High End Media Group, Sociallite ME, and HAPP Media companies, which make up the GVO Media Group. The Swedish technology company agreed to settle the acquisition by issuing new shares, with half of the total consideration linked to GVO Media's revenue in the first year after purchase completion. Closing of the acquisition is expected by Sept. 1, subject to preceding conditions.
