Recently, China Baowu held a series of activities to empower the low-carbon competitiveness of the steel industry chain in Shanghai. The event focused on presenting China's Baowu's latest achievements in the fields of low carbon emission steel certification, EPD report release, and carbon data integration construction. Among them, Zhanjiang Iron and Steel won the first batch of C-grade certificates for low-carbon emission steels in the country; TISCO Group has issued 12 EPD reports. So far, TISCO has issued more than 20 EPD reports, and the categories have extended to upstream raw materials such as iron concentrate, metallurgical lime, and pellet ore. European Metallurgical Products Carbon Footprint Report officially launched on the EPD platform for the entire steel industry chain. Up to now, the platform has published a total of 605 EPD reports, and the service covers more than 130 domestic steel companies.
