Fuhong Hanlin, a subsidiary of Fosun Pharmaceutical (02196), signed a cooperation framework agreement and reached a license with Sandoz AG

Zhitong Finance App News, Fosun Pharmaceutical (02196) announced that the holding subsidiary Fuhong Hanlin and Sandoz AG signed a “Cooperation Framework Agreement”, which will allow Fuhong Hanlin to carry out registration, commercialization, development, production and other licensing cooperation with Sandoz AG for up to 10 monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and/or antibody-conjugated drug (ADC) biosimilar products (i.e. “cooperative products”) in overseas relevant regions, and has already collaborated on the first batch of 3 cooperative products (i.e. HLX05-N, HLX16, and Monobiotics) Achieve Specific commercial terms and a potential partner product (i.e. HLXTE-Haase1001) granted Sandoz AG the right of choice.

For the first batch of 3 cooperative products, Fuhong Hanlin can collect up to US$314 million in down payments, development milestones, development budget milestones, and sales milestones (depending on corresponding R&D, regulatory approval and sales progress).

The purpose of this cooperation is to give full play to the strengths and resources of each partner in R&D, production and commercialization, continuously enhance the accessibility and influence of the Group's products in the international market, and provide more treatment options for patients around the world.
