Following Mr. Liu's resignation, he also ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Da Zhenbiao, an independent non-executive director, will be re-appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
