Xingeo Touring Car (00805) expects net profit of about 6 million yuan to 10 million yuan in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xinjio Motorhome (00805) announced that the Group's unaudited net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (first half of 2026) is estimated to be about RMB 6 million to RMB 10 million, while the unaudited net profit for the same period in 2025 is approximately RMB 31 million.

The board of directors believes that the expected decline in the Group's unaudited net profit described above is mainly due to (1) the decline in interest rates for the Group's new models, which is due to the strategic market launch and initial adoption of promotion activities, including the implementation of targeted promotional pricing, promotion offers and channel incentives, particularly in the Group's hybrid off-road trailer motorhome series, which aims to seize market share in this growth segment, boost sales volume, and increase brand awareness; (2) The increase in operating expenses in the first half of 2026 compared to the corresponding period of 2025 is due to the continuous expansion of the Group's retail network and rise in operation. More specifically, Self-operated stores opened from the second quarter of 2025 incur higher sales, general and administrative expenses; and (3) investment losses due to sales of financial assets in the first half of 2026.
