Appointment of Director to replace the resigned Director

Change of director/Executive Mr. Wichan Soopajitkasem, who served as a Director, resigned from his position on 13 August 2026. The Board of Directors' Meeting No. 7/2026, held on 13 August 2026, passed a resolution to appoint Miss Nutchanat Permpool as a Director to replace Mr. Wichan Soopajitkasem, effective from 14 August 2026 onwards.
