Xinyi Solar (00968): Lin Zhiguang was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Zhitong Finance App News, Xinyi Solar (00968) announced that Mr. Zhu Canhui will be appointed as an executive director due to personal reasons, effective August 31, 2026. After retiring as an executive director, Mr. Zhu Canhui will also resign as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company on the same day, and will no longer be one of the authorized representatives appointed by the Company in accordance with section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules.

Following the resignation of Mr. Zhu Canhui, the Board of Directors hereby announces that Mr. Lin Zhiguang will be appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and an authorized representative for section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective September 1, 2026.
