Mr. Qiu Baohua resigned as a non-executive director of the company and a member of the Remuneration Committee due to other work arrangements, effective August 14, 2026; and Mr. Cui Yi resigned as a non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee due to other work arrangements, effective August 14, 2026.

Guo Yutong was appointed as a non-executive director of the company with effect from August 14, 2026. Ms. Guo succeeded Mr. Choi and was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee with effect from August 14, 2026.
