On August 14, Temasek Holdings announced that former Singapore Civil Service Chief Ip Chengchang will join the board of directors on August 15. Temasek said that Ip Shing Cheong has 43 years of public service experience. He has been Singapore's Chief Civil Service Officer and Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister's Office since 2017. He retired from Singapore's administrative services in April this year. Chairman Temasek said that Ye Chengchang has extensive experience in the fields of safety, labor, economy and national policy, which will provide an important complement to the board of directors.
