According to Linyang Energy, on August 13, Linyang Energy officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SMD, a state-owned semiconductor company in the Malaysian state of Sarawak. According to the agreement, the two sides will focus on promoting the deep integration of semiconductor technology and new energy equipment to achieve product upgrades, efficiency improvement and localization; at the same time, they will also jointly develop Southeast Asia optical storage projects to jointly build a “Sarawak chip development+Chinese manufacturing integration+ASEAN and OIC market landing” cross-border industrial chain system.
