Prabowo aims to limit the number of state-owned enterprises to less than 300 by the end of 2026, adding that the government has shut down 290. The move has saved IDR 50 trillion in management expenses, and the goal is to achieve cumulative savings of over IDR 70 trillion by the end of the year. Earlier in his speech, Prabowo said he is confident that Indonesia's economic growth rate will reach 6% by the end of 2026.
