August 15 is the fourth National Ecology Day. Following the Civil Code, China's second law named after the “Code” — the “Ecological Environment Code of the People's Republic of China”, will come into effect on the 15th, marking a new level of ecological and environmental rule of law construction in China and further laying the foundation for the rule of law to achieve the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
