The Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 13, 2026, Jingdong Health Co., Ltd. (06618) announced the 2026 interim results. In the first half of 2026, JD Health's total revenue was RMB 40.9 billion, up 15.9% year on year; operating profit under non-IFRS indicators (non-IFRS) was 3.5 billion yuan, up 40.3% year on year, and operating profit margin increased from 7.0% to 8.5%. During the reporting period, JD Health continued to strengthen the core advantages of the pharmaceutical supply chain, consolidated its position as the “first stop for the launch of a new drug network”, and enabled the “AI+ supply chain” to close the “medical-inspection-diagnosis-drug” loop. Various core business indicators maintained steady growth, and the high-quality development trend continued to be consolidated.

Cao Dong, SEC member of JD Group and CEO of JD Health, said that as an industry-leading medical and health service company, JD Health continues to implement a long-term business strategy around “experience, cost, and efficiency”, actively promotes the integration of self-operated supply chain capabilities and medical services, deepens cooperation with industry chain partners, and steadily promotes the application of AI in diverse health consumption scenarios to provide users with accessible, convenient, high-quality and affordable health products and digital health solutions.

While consolidating the basic market of online pharmaceutical retail, JD Health is accelerating the extension of the platform's user base, supply chain capabilities, and contract fulfillment capabilities to offline service scenarios, promoting the expansion of health services from online drug purchases to in-store services, comprehensive outpatient care, and home care, and building a closed loop of “to store+to home” full-scenario health services.

Financial reports show that in terms of instant retail and omnichannel, JD Health continues to improve “supply, fulfillment, payment, and experience” upgrades. At present, JD Health's online drug purchase and medical insurance payment service has covered 40 cities across the country; the company has set up more than 450 JD pharmacies in 10 cities across the country, and optimized the product portfolio in line with regional consumption trends and user needs to promote simultaneous improvement in store operation efficiency and service quality.

As the largest pharmaceutical retail platform in China, JD Health's long-term accumulated user demand insight, product supply capacity, and fulfillment network are further serving the offline scenario. Users can not only complete drug purchases, consultations, medical insurance payments, and pharmaceutical inquiries online, but also receive more immediate drug and health service support through nearby stores. The integrated online and offline service capabilities continue to increase.

In terms of offline services, JD Health is promoting the upgrading of the medical examination business from a single testing service to comprehensive health management. During the 618 period of this year, the number of service users at the JD Health Examination Center's nationwide store increased threefold over the same period last year, and the amount of medical examinations rose at the same time. Among them, medical examinations for women increased by 214% over the same period last year, physical examinations for parents increased by 199%, and physical examinations for men increased by 155%. Consumer medical services also continued to grow. The number of orders at the Beijing Guomao, Yizhuang, and Wangjing stores of the Jingdong Medical and Aesthetic Self-operated Clinic doubled month-on-month, and the turnover of direct collagen supplementation, fine injection adjustment, and photoelectric anti-aging programs increased by 258%, 197%, and 137%, respectively.

In terms of offline stores, JD Health also continues to promote service upgrades. The Jingdong Health Comprehensive Clinic Wangjing Branch, which opened in April 2026, and the Yaao Store, which opened in July, have all been upgraded from a single integrated examination store to a comprehensive clinic that includes medical examinations, dental, and aesthetic services, achieving a one-stop package of “health management+appearance improvement”. Users can complete the whole process of services from health screening, diagnosis and treatment services to health management and consumer medicine at the same store without having to travel to multiple hospitals.

As a result, the JD medical examination has entered a stage of accelerated development. On the one hand, JD Health continues to expand horizontally, replicating stores to more cities and key business districts; on the other hand, the company is also extending its service capabilities vertically, moving from single-point professional medical examinations to diversified comprehensive health management, further enhancing the service radius and user stickiness of offline stores.

In addition to in-store services, JD Health is also continuing to improve in-home service capabilities. Financial reports show that the coverage and testing categories of the company's quick home screening and nurse door-to-door services continue to expand, and the customer service reputation is steadily increasing. Through service connections such as quick home examinations, on-site nursing visits, online health management, and drug compliance, JD Health further complements users' needs for home health services.

From medical insurance payments covering 40 cities for online drug purchases, to over 450 JD pharmacies in 10 cities across the country, to upgrading medical examination centers to comprehensive outpatient clinics, JD Health continues to open up online, in-store, and home-service links around users' diverse health needs. With the continuous improvement of offline service networks and home service capabilities, JD Health will support the supply chain capacity and user base of pharmaceutical retail platforms to promote the upgrading of health services from a single transaction to continuous management, and further establish a closed loop of health services covering all scenarios.
