The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 13, Xinming China (02699) experienced position changes, with a total market value of HK$18.2084 million, accounting for 11.36%. The company's shareholders transferred 1.4 million shares to Yuanyuan Securities and 952,000 shares from Yingtou Securities.

Xinming China announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Group achieved revenue of 110 million yuan during the period, an increase of 26% over the previous year; loss due to company owners was 219 million yuan, a decrease of 59.6% over the previous year; and a basic loss of 4.139 yuan per share.
