According to the Huatai Securities Research Report, AIDC power density has ushered in nonlinear growth under the AI supernode cabinet trend from “scaling outward” to “cohesion” scaling up. As the next-generation cabinet Nvidia Kyber and Byte AI Rack 3.0 power surpass 500kW, busbar size and heat dissipation bottlenecks under high current may drive 800V DC solutions from preferred to mandatory, and 800V industrialization at home and abroad is also expected to go hand in hand. Demand for high-density, low-loss, and high-controllable power transmission to chips has increased or brought about four major AI power supply and distribution trends, namely higher voltage, multi-layer power backup, module integration, and pre-upgrade. Under the four major trends, power supply manufacturers that can provide HVDC/HV IBC are expected to benefit; companies with mechatronic skid-mounted module capabilities and SST technology accumulation are expected to benefit; vehicle-regulated 400V/800V and AIDC are highly interoperable, so relevant automotive semiconductor and power semiconductor companies will also benefit.
