Alpha Enterprise (00948) plans to discount about 19.68% to raise a net share offering of approximately HK$81 million according to the “1 for 1” basis

According to Zhitong Finance App, Alpha Enterprise (00948) issued an announcement. The Company proposes that eligible shareholders issue 412 million shares at a subscription price of HK$0.200 per share offered on the record date (assuming there is no change in the number of shares issued on or before the record date), with a maximum total proceeds of approximately HK$82.5 million.

The subscription price was discounted by approximately 19.68% from the closing price of HK$0.249 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day.

Assuming that all shares are subscribed, the net proceeds from the offering after deducting expenses are estimated to be approximately HK$81 million (assuming no change in the number of shares issued on or before the record date).

As of the date of this announcement, the trading unit for each lot of shares traded on the Stock Exchange was 20,000 shares. The Board of Directors hereby announces that the trading unit for each lot of shares traded on the main board of the Stock Exchange will be changed from 20,000 shares to 10,000 shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on September 2, 2026 (Wednesday).
