Honghua Group (00196): Wang Xu resigns as executive director

Mr. Wang Xu (Mr. Wang) resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Strategic Investment Committee (Strategic Investment Committee) of the Company due to work adjustments, with effect from August 12, 2026.

Following Mr. Wang's resignation, the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Strategic Investment Committee will be temporarily vacant. The Board is actively seeking suitable candidates to fill these vacancies and will make appointments as soon as practicable. Mr. Zhu Hua, the executive director and president of the Company, will temporarily assist the board of directors in coordinating the management and operation of the Company to ensure the continuity of the Group's business activities.

Following Mr. Wang's resignation, the position will be temporarily vacant as no new nomination committee chairman has yet been appointed.
