The board of directors proposed changing the company's English name from “Kaisa Capital Investment Holdings Limited” to “Kaisacore Group Limited” and changing the Chinese double foreign name from “Kaisacore Capital Investment Group Co., Ltd.” to “Jiaxin Technology Group Co., Ltd.”

The Board believes that the proposed name change will better reflect the Group's long-term strategic positioning and business deployment in the field of artificial intelligence technology, and fully maintain the continuity of operating resources associated with this brand identity.
