Recently, after friendly negotiations, the company and Zhejiang Sansheng Mandi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sansheng Mandi”) reached an agreement and signed the “Simeglutide Injection - Blood Sugar Control Cooperation Agreement for Adult Type 2 Diabetics” and “Commissioned Production and Supply Agreement”. The two sides reached cooperation on the development, registration, production and commercialization of simeglutide injections (glycemic control indications) in the Chinese region (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, excluding Taiwan).
