Asia Securities Real Estate (00271) is forecasting a net loss of approximately HK$110 million to HK$120 million for the medium term

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Asia Securities Real Estate (00271) announced that the Group expects to record a net loss of approximately HK$110 million to HK$120 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with the Group's net loss of about HK$63 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The main reason for the decline in the Group's financial performance is that during the reporting period, the fair value of the Group's investment properties decreased by a higher amount compared to the same period last year.
