Skanska Wins $64 Million Contract for Vancouver Public Works Campus in US

02:00 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) said Wednesday it secured a $64 million contract to build an operations campus for the Public Works department of the City of Vancouver, Washington, US. The city is commissioning the project, which will include 13 new buildings with 21,700 square meters of total enclosed space and 3,400 square meters of covered parking. Preparatory work began in December 2025, and construction is expected to be completed in July 2028, the Swedish construction group said.
