According to the news, Minimally Invasive Heart Communications announced that since the Group completed the acquisition of the heart rhythm management business on December 19, 2025, the heart rhythm management business was fully consolidated into the Group's financial statements for the first time in the six months ended June 30, 2026. According to an assessment based on the latest data currently available, revenue is expected to be no less than US$153 million and net loss of no more than US$25 million during the reporting period.

During the reporting period, the Group's global heart rhythm management business continued to grow steadily. Among them, the number of pacemaker implants in the Chinese market achieved a double-digit increase; the company's VitaFlow Liberty® transcatheter aortic valve replacement system accelerated commercialization in areas covered by CE certification, and registered and sold in emerging countries simultaneously, achieving a 350% increase in implants in more than 40 countries outside of China compared to the same period last year, and set a record of over 250 implants per month.
