JCDecaux Wins Tender Process for Advertising Contract with Hamburg, Germany

11:55 PM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JCDecaux (DEC.PA) said Tuesday that its Wall GmbH subsidiary won the tender process for the main advertising contract with Hamburg, Germany. The contract covering 2,200 bus shelters remains subject to the approval of the city's Parliament, with the vote expected by September. If approved, the contract will extend the Paris-listed outdoor advertising company's partnership with the city by another 15 years. Under the contract, Wall GmbH is expected to install 400 additional bus shelters across the city. The unit is also expected to operate a fully electric bus fleet in Hamburg by 2028.
