The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Guoen Holdings (08121) changed positions on August 11, with a total transfer market value of HK$755,000, accounting for 5.03%. The company's shareholders transferred 1.49 million shares to Huasheng Capital Securities and 1.49 million shares from Baoshi Securities.

Guoen Holdings' results for the year ended March 31, 2026 showed revenue of HK$190 million, up 17.8% year on year; net loss of HK$5.04 million, up 357.8% year on year; and basic loss of HK0.18 cents per share. The increase in losses during the period was mainly due to the following reasons: (1) a decrease in gross profit due to an increase in operating costs in service costs; (2) an increase in employee costs and sales commissions in sales expenses; and (3) an increase in operating costs in administrative expenses.
