The Zhitong Finance App learned that since this year, domestic humanoid robot shipments have continued to rise, and the industry is accelerating from “technical verification” to “batch delivery.” According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the first half of the year, there were more than 400 models of complete humanoid robot products in China, more than half of the world. According to data from market research agency Smart Analytics Global, global humanoid robot shipments in the first half of 2026 were about 19,100 units, an increase of nearly three times over the previous year. Chinese humanoid robot manufacturers accounted for more than 97% of global shipments.
Capital is driving the industry from “laboratory innovation” to “large-scale mass production”. 2026-2027 is a key point in the humanoid robot industry.
Tesla's Optimus v3 is scheduled to be launched in mid-2026, and production will begin in July-August. The Models/X production line at the Fremont plant has been transformed into an Optimus dedicated production line. The goal is to achieve weekly production of 1,000 units in September, and the long-term design capacity will reach 10 million units per year.
Yushu Technology was registered by the Science and Technology Innovation Board at a record speed, becoming the “first A-share humanoid robot stock”. Recently, at the online investor conference where Yushu Technology's initial public offering of shares and was listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, Wang Xingxing, Chairman, General Manager and Chief Technology Officer of Yushu Technology, said that in 2025, the company's humanoid robot shipment volume has exceeded 5,500 units (pure humanoid, excluding wheeled two-arm robots), which is the largest in the world, showing that the company has achieved a leading market position in the field of general robotics with core self-development to drive commercialization first.
Meanwhile, companies such as Leju Robotics, Deep Cloud, and Xinghaitu have all completed stock reforms and are preparing to go public. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently over 40 robotics companies lined up for IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The industry generally regards Yushu Technology's market capitalization performance after listing as a valuation anchor for a smart circuit. The second half of 2026 to the beginning of 2027 is defined by investors as a “capital inspection period” for this field.
The AI investment narrative is expanding from infrastructure to the application side. Goldman Sachs's latest report indicates that as AI computing power infrastructure continues to expand, humanoid robots are expected to become an important growth pole in the next phase of AI, while labor shortages and automation requirements provide structural support for the long-term development of the industry. Goldman Sachs has long been optimistic about the humanoid robot industry space, believing that it has the potential to become a new generation of widely used terminals after smartphones and automobiles. Goldman Sachs expects global humanoid robot shipments to reach 76,000 units in 2027 and rise to 502,000 units by 2032.
The Goldman Sachs Asia trading team believes that the Asian robotics industry is in the early stages of development. Compared to similar assets in the US, the Asian robotics and automation sector still has discounted valuations, and profit growth expectations are higher, and capital has already begun to rotate to the robotics supply chain. At the same time, the bank emphasized that currently the industry is still in the transition stage from technical verification to commercialization, and large-scale implementation will take time.
According to the CITIC Construction Investment Securities Research Report, leading manufacturers are actively promoting the application of humanoid robots in industrial and commercial scenarios; as the level of generalization of robots increases, it is expected that their implementation scenarios will expand further, and 2026 is expected to become a major year for humanoid robot vertical applications.

Horizon Robot-W (09660): Horizon Robotics announced at the end of July that the profit for the first half of 2026 is estimated to be 3.5 billion yuan to 4 billion yuan. The same period last year was a loss of 5.233 billion yuan, turning a year-on-year loss into a profit. The Group's revenue from continuing operations is expected to increase for the six months ended June 30, 2026, mainly driven by the two major revenue segments. The increase in revenue from product solutions is mainly due to the continuous strengthening of the company's market position and steady increase in market share, and the beginning of large-scale mass production deployment of the company's full-scene urban NOA solution (HSD).
Hesai-W (02525): Hesai signed an exclusive contract with Chase Technology for 10 million JT series lidars, setting a new single order record in the global consumer robot field; in various segments such as artificial intelligence, lawnmower robots, unmanned delivery vehicles, commercial cleaning robots, and Robotaxi, the company ranked among the top volume of goods, and became a lidar company selected for Morgan Stanley's “Top 25 Humanoid Robot Technology” list.
Gizhijia-W (02590): At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Gizhijia released the unified physical intelligence framework Gravity, simultaneously launched the supporting Gravity4D physical model, and announced the “one-core, dual-engine” general-purpose physical intelligence industry layout path to the public, focusing on solving the physical interaction problem of robots operating in real scenarios. The Gravity framework released this time uses a “dual brain collaboration” architecture, and the ARTransformer cognitive brain and the DiffusionTransformer action brain divide tasks to complete task processing. The cognitive brain is responsible for analyzing human instructions and dismantling long-range tasks; the action brain deduces changes in object motion and stress in advance, generates stable and continuous motion sequences, and forms an operational logic of “planning first, then execution”.
Yuejiang (02432): On August 5, Yuejiang Technology officially released the world's first full-body humanoid robot, DOBOTLUMO (DOBOTLUMO). This is also the first time that Yuejiang has released a humanoid robot product covering household application scenarios. According to the company, the product targets scenarios such as family companionship, educational research, and commercial performances, and aims to improve the adaptability of robots in real living spaces through capabilities such as motion control, visual perception, voice interaction, and emotion recognition.
