Zhitong Finance App News, Minimally Invasive Xintong-B (02160) announced that since the Group completed the acquisition of the heart rhythm management (heart rhythm management) business (acquisition transaction) on December 19, 2025, the heart rhythm management business was fully consolidated into the Group's financial statements for the first time in the six months ending June 30, 2026 (reporting period). Based on a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the reporting period and an assessment of the latest information currently available to the board of directors, the Group expects to record revenue of no less than US$153 million and a net loss of no more than US$25 million during the reporting period.

During the reporting period, the Group's global heart rhythm management business continued to grow steadily. Among them, the number of pacemaker implants in the Chinese market recorded a double-digit increase; at the same time, with mature channels and resources in global registration and commercialization of the heart rate management business, the commercialization of the company's VitaFlow Liberty® transcatheter aortic valve replacement system accelerated in areas covered by CE certification, and registered and sold simultaneously in emerging countries. The number of implants in more than 40 countries outside of China increased by more than 350% over the six months ended June 30, 2025, and recorded a single month implant volume. A record of over 250 units. Furthermore, since completing the acquisition transaction, the Group has been adopting a series of integrated measures to continuously unleash synergy effects, and continues to deepen cost reduction and fee control measures to further improve operational efficiency and reduce various operating costs.
