Spirax Group Posts Higher H1 Attributable Profit, Revenue

Profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 97.5 million pounds sterling, compared with 62.7 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 1.32 pounds from 0.848 pound. The thermal energy and fluid technology company's revenue was 863.8 million pounds, compared with 822.2 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a dividend of 0.504 pound per share for the interim period, payable Nov. 13 to shareholders on record Oct. 16. It paid 0.489 pound per share in the year-ago period. Spirax remains on track to deliver its 2026 guidance of mid-single-digit organic growth in group revenue.
